YEIDEP Batch B 2026 is its second phase for 2026 of the Youth Economic Intervention and De-Radicalization Program that was launched in late 2024 as a social intervention program.

You must be Nigerian citizen, aged 18 to 50 (inclusive).
Must have a valid National Identification Number (NIN), Bank Verification Number (BVN)and passport.
Must have a working mobile phone number and email address for notification.
You must have a business idea or existing micro/small enterprise. YEIDEP favors sectors like agriculture, ICT, creative industries, trade, and renewable energy. You don’t need a formal company yet – a clear plan is enough.
You must open a new YEIDEP account with an authorized partner bank (see list below). This account will receive grant funds.
Note: If you successfully applied in YEIDEP Batch A (2025) and already have a confirmed YEIDEP account, you cannot apply again. However, Batch A registrants who did not get an account are encouraged to try again in Batch B. Also, residents of Kano State must register through a special state committee led by Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf (they won’t use the bank method).

Only these banks are approved for YEIDEP account opening: Fidelity Bank, Keystone Bank, Alpha Morgan Bank, Wema Bank, Union Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank), Zenith Bank, Access Bank, United Bank for Africa (UBA), Ecobank, and Lotus Bank.
